This fully furnished studio is located behind our house in Heumen. This is a village in the Rijk van Nijmegen, on the edge of several nature and recreation areas. It is a great base for cycling, mountain biking and hiking in this unique, versatile environment. The historic city of Nijmegen with shops, museums, university and hospitals is a 10-15 minute drive. The bus stops right outside. Shopping center and station at <2 km. There is a Greek restaurant opposite the B&B. A73 at 2 km.

Children under 6 years old stay FREE. The price for children between 6 and 12 years old is € 15. p.p.p.n. We charge children over 12 as adults. The booking program has not been adapted to this. If you are with 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12, you book for 2 adults and write in the notes how many children are coming and their age. If you choose breakfast, fill in 1 x (for all guests / all days). In the confirmation email you will then see the price supplemented with the price of the children and their breakfast costs.
